About the Mission

Raising Confidence, Raising Awareness

At Too Rad to Be Sad, we believe clothing can do more than just make a fashion statement — it can make an impact. Our brand was born out of the motto “too rad to be sad,” a reminder that even in tough times, we are stronger, wiser, and capable of pushing through.

This saying came from my own journey. I’ve faced moments when life felt overwhelming, and I had to remind myself: “In my hardest moments, I reminded myself: I’m too full of life, too fun — simply too rad to be sad.” That mindset — balancing positivity with the reality that sadness is part of life — is what I want this brand to represent.

We create trendy, expressive clothing and accessories that promote confidence, self-expression, and mental health awareness. From casual streetwear to bold statement pieces, each item is designed to uplift while still keeping it real.

But this isn’t just about fashion. Every quarter, we partner with a different mental health awareness group, because our mission is to spread more than style — it’s to spark conversations, break stigmas, and remind people that support is out there.
